Terms and Conditions 739 — Platform Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the platform 739, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of this platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Holding more than one account by the same individual — whether under different names, emails, phone numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any funds or wins therein.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the 739 support team immediately.

8 Account Termination

739 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if the member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Account termination may also involve the freezing of outstanding balances or wins pending further investigation.

Reasons for Account Termination

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Owning or accessing more than one active account.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to exploit games.
• Any action that damages the reputation or operations of the 739 platform.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the 739 support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable terms and procedures.

10 Disclaimer & Liability

Platform 739 is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption with 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or delays. Under circumstances beyond our control, such as third-party service provider technical issues or natural disasters, 739 shall not be liable for any losses incurred.

• 739 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by members.
• 739 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• The maximum liability of 739 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
